Zen White™ Ink is a high-opacity, low-bleed bright white plastisol ink formulated to provide an excellent balance of printability, coverage, and bleed resistance. Enhanced optical brightness helps produce a clean, bright white appearance, while its creamy consistency provides smooth performance on press.
Designed for both manual presses and automatic presses, Zen White™ offers excellent printability with a fast flash and little tack. It is recommended for 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, and polyester, making it a versatile white ink for a variety of textile screen printing applications.
Zen White™ is designed to be used directly from the container whenever possible. It can be printed through 85–230 t/in monofilament mesh, with 110–230 t/in recommended for underbase applications. The entire ink film should reach 320°F for proper cure on multiple-color prints. Always test fabrics, dryer temperatures, and the finished print before beginning a production run.

Ink Application:
Zen White™ should be used right from the container without any modifications. If thinning is required, use 1% to 10% by weight of a Curable Low Bleed Reducer. Adding any reducers or additives can lower the bleed resistance, opacity, or increase cure times of ink. STIR the ink prior to printing on press and after addition of reducers or additives.
Mesh and Emulsion:
85-230 t/in monofilament or, for under basing, use 110-230 t/in monofilament.
Any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range, for best results.
Squeegee:
65-70 Durometer, Sharp Edge
Cure Temperatures:
320°F entire ink film for multiple color prints. Test dryer temperatures and wash test printed product before and during a production run.
Clean-Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash
Storage:
Recommend storage at 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C). Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed
