International Coatings 901 All-Pro™ White is a fast-flashing, two-part plastisol ink specifically formulated for printing on normally hard-to-print nylon. Part of the All-Pro™ 900 Series, it produces a harder, durable finish designed to resist scratching, scuffing, and peeling.
When printing on nylon, 901 All-Pro White is used with All-Pro™ 900 Catalyst to promote proper adhesion. The recommended mixing ratio is 16 parts ink to 1 part catalyst by volume or 20 parts ink to 1 part catalyst by weight. Once catalyzed, the mixed ink has a pot life of approximately 4 to 8 hours.
The All-Pro™ 900 Series can also be used for other applications beyond nylon, including non-woven polypropylene substrates such as reusable shopping bags and drawstring backpacks. On cotton, the ink can be printed without catalyst as a standard direct-print plastisol ink.

Recommended Fabrics:
Nylon (with Catalyst), 100% Cotton (without Catalyst), Some 50/50 Cotton/Poly Blends & Non-woven Polypropylene Bags (NPB).
Ink Application:
900 Series Nylon Ink must be mixed with the 900 Catalyst before printing, for adhesion to Nylon substrates. For NPB, catalyst is not necessary.
Additives
If modification is necessary, use 1% to 5% by weight of 1110 Curable Reducer. For non-woven polypropylene bags (NPB), 3804 Low Cure Additive can be added up to 6% by weight to lower cure temperature to 250°F.

Storage of Ink Containers:
65° to 90°F. Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed.
