Sport White™ Ink is a low-cure, low-bleed stretch plastisol ink formulated for 100% polyester, polyester/cotton blends, and 100% cotton. Its superior bleed resistance helps control dye migration on polyester fabrics, while enhanced optical brightness provides a clean, bright white appearance.

Designed with additional stretch for athletic garments, Sport White™ provides the flexibility needed for apparel that moves and stretches. Its medium-body consistency delivers excellent printability and a good hand, making it suitable for a variety of textile screen printing applications.

Sport White™ performs well on both manual presses and automatic presses and features a fast flash with little tack for efficient production. The ink can cure as low as 270°F, helping maintain bleed resistance on polyester garments. It can also cure at 320°F, although higher curing temperatures may reduce its bleed resistance.

Recommended Fabrics:
100% Polyester, 100% Cotton, and Cotton/Polyester blends. Always test print fabric before beginning a production run.

Ink Application:
Sport White™ should be used right from the container without any modifications. If thinning is required, use 1% to 10% by weight of a Curable Low Bleed Reducer. Adding any reducers or additives can lower the bleed resistance, opacity, or increase cure times of ink. STIR the ink prior to printing on press and after addition of reducers or additives.

Mesh and Emulsion:
85-230 t/in monofilament or, for under basing, use 85-110 t/in monofilament (for best bleed resistance).
Any direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35 to 70 micron range, for best results.

Squeegee:
65-70 Durometer, Sharp Edge

Cure Temperatures:
270°F entire ink film for multiple color prints. It can be cured at 320°F but bleed resistance will be reduced. Test dryer temperatures and wash test printed product before and during a production run.

Clean-Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash

Storage:
Recommend storage at 65°F to 90°F (18°C to 32°C). Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Keep containers well sealed

Pros:
Cons:
A client brought in their own 90/10 percent of polyester/spandex tops for me to print their logo on. This ink performed perfectly and was very easy to work with. Very creamy and smooth texture that reacted well with the squeegee during the printing. Low cure temp (270 Degrees) adds a sense of safety with it's use. Very happy to work with this product!

Pros:
Cons:
I am a huge fan of the white Low Temperature Curing Plastisol by Screen Print Direct. I've gone through three quarts of it as a newbie. I recently got a large run of black poly blend shirts that the ink just didn't work the right way on. I was PFP and still some areas seemed low on opacity and coverage. I decided to take a chance on this ink, and I'm so glad I did. Switching to this helped with my overall ink coverage and the shirts came out great. It's a thicker and creamier ink, so I stirred the hell out of it with my cordless drill/paint can opener combo before I threw it on the screen. Needed to go slower and with firmer pressure on the squeegee, but the prints came out nice. I use a heat gun to flash, and a heat press as a final cure. I'm switching to this ink as my go-to from now on.
