Triangle Ink 900-3316 TMS Fluorescent Yellow is part of the Triangle Ink 900 Triangle Matching System (TMS), a premium line of Plastisol Screen Printing Inks developed to accurately reproduce popular Pantone® colors through a simple, intermixable color matching system. The fluorescent colors within the TMS series are designed to create exceptionally bright, high-visibility prints and can be mixed with other TMS colors to expand the available color palette for professional textile printing applications.

Designed for professional screen printers, Triangle Ink 900-3316 TMS Fluorescent Yellow produces vivid fluorescent prints that stand out on promotional apparel, athletic wear, retail garments, safety apparel, event merchandise, spirit wear, and custom T-shirt designs. For maximum fluorescent brilliance, printing over a white underbase is recommended, allowing the ink's bright pigments to achieve their full visual impact.

For best production results, Triangle Ink recommends using the ink directly from the container without modification. Stir thoroughly before printing and avoid adding reducers or unnecessary additives, which may reduce opacity or affect curing performance. An 85–200 monofilament mesh is recommended with direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35–70 micron range, using a 60–70 durometer sharp-edge squeegee. Cure between 315°F and 330°F, depending on ink deposit, ink color, and dryer efficiency, and always verify cure with wash testing throughout production. Store ink between 65°F and 90°F and keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.

Whether you're matching fluorescent Pantone® colors, creating custom formulations, or producing high-impact graphics that demand maximum visibility, Triangle Ink 900-3316 TMS Fluorescent Yellow delivers the vibrant color, printability, and production reliability professional screen printers depend on every day.
