Dual Cure emulsions are a combination of diazo and pure-photopolymer emulsions (SBQ). It offers a mid-point between the other two emulsion types in both speed and cost. Generally, this type of emulsion is chosen for its versatility in being able to be used with multiple types of ink and its exposure latitude (wider range of acceptable exposure time).
