PERMASET AQUA Metallic Screen Printing Inks are premium water-based, opaque inks designed for professional textile printing.
Create striking metallic copper prints with Permaset Aqua Copper, a professional water-based textile screen printing ink formulated to produce rich metallic color with excellent opacity and a soft handle. Suitable for printing on both light and dark fabrics without an underbase, it delivers vibrant metallic effects while maintaining the environmentally friendly performance that PERMASET inks are known for.
Permaset Aqua Copper is one of four metallic colors in the PERMASET Metallic range and can be mixed with Permaset Aqua Pearl White to create beautiful Rose Gold effects. Pearl White can also be intermixed with PERMASET AQUA Standard Colors to produce a wide range of custom metallic shades. The heat-cure formulation provides strong rub resistance, a mild soft handle, and excellent durability on cotton, cotton/polyester blends, and most synthetic fabrics. For longer screen open time, add 1–3% Permaset Print Retarder during printing. Cleanup is simple with water.
Permaprint Premium does not contain ozone-depleting chemicals such as CFCs or HCHCs. It is also formulated free of aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile solvent and does not contain PVC resin or any phthalate plasticizers.

Product Resistance: After air drying PREMAPRINT Premium prints exhibit very good water resistance
Transparency: Transparent including the blending white. Only Opaque White and the 4 Pearl/Metallic Colors are opaque.
Drying: Air Dry
Mesh: 86-305 tpi (Opaque White & Matting Agent 86-225 tpi)
Stencil Type: Must be water resistant, fully dried and fully cured
Clean Up: Water
Increase screen open time: add 1-2% PERMASET Print Retarder
