Add brilliant metallic effects to your graphics with Permaprint Premium Pearl Gold, a professional water-based screen printing ink engineered to produce rich, opaque gold prints with exceptional metallic brilliance. Formulated with premium metallic pigments, it creates vibrant reflective finishes that enhance posters, packaging, decals, promotional graphics, point-of-purchase displays, signage, art reproductions, and specialty print applications.
Unlike the transparent Aquatone mixing colors, Pearl Gold is an opaque metallic ink designed to deliver excellent coverage and a bold metallic appearance. Its air-dry formulation develops very good water resistance after drying while printing smoothly on sealed paper, cardboard, wood, polyester (Mylar®), polycarbonate, Coroplast®, Tyvek®, Perspex® (PMMA), polystyrene, glass, and select coated metal substrates. The formula is 100% solvent free, low odor, cleans up with water, and contains no ozone-depleting chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, PVC resins, or phthalate plasticizers. For darker materials, Permaprint Premium Opaque White is recommended as an underbase to maximize metallic brilliance.

Product Resistance: After air drying PREMAPRINT Premium prints exhibit very good water resistance
Transparency: Transparent including the blending white. Only Opaque White and the 4 Pearl/Metallic Colors are opaque.

Mesh: 86-305 tpi (Opaque White & Matting Agent 86-225 tpi)
Stencil Type: Must be water resistant, fully dried and fully cured
Clean Up: Water
Increase screen open time: add 1-2% PERMASET Print Retarder
