PERMAPRINT Premium AQUATONE 12 Liter Color Mixing Kit is a water-based color matching system designed for screen printing on paper, board, wood, plastics, glass, and other compatible substrates. The complete kit includes twelve 1-liter components: nine color bases—Aquatone Yellow G/S, Aquatone Yellow R/S, Aquatone Orange, Aquatone Red Y/S, Aquatone Red B/S, Aquatone Green, Aquatone Blue, Aquatone Violet, and Aquatone Magenta—plus Aquatone Black, Aquatone White, and Aquatone Extender. Each component can also be purchased individually, making it easy to view or replenish specific colors within the AQUATONE mixing system.
The AQUATONE mixing components provide screen printers with a versatile system for creating a broad range of custom colors for compatible substrates. With each component also available individually, printers can replenish frequently used mixing colors as needed while continuing to work within the AQUATONE color mixing system.
PERMAPRINT Premium AQUATONE inks are 100% solvent-free, water-based screen printing inks formulated with high pigment loading for excellent coverage, intense color, and strong color yield. AQUATONE colors are transparent, including the mixing White.

Permaprint Premium does not contain ozone-depleting chemicals such as CFCs or HCHCs. It is also formulated free of aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile solvent and does not contain PVC resin or any phthalate plasticizers.

Product Resistance: After air drying PREMAPRINT Premium prints exhibit very good water resistance
Transparency: Transparent including the blending white. Only Opaque White and the 4 Pearl/Metallic Colors are opaque.
Drying: Air Dry
Mesh: 86-305 tpi (Opaque White & Matting Agent 86-225 tpi)
Stencil Type: Must be water resistant, fully dried and fully cured
Clean Up: Water
Increase screen open time: add 1-2% PERMASET Print Retarder
