Permaprint Premium Inks are a 100% solvent free environmentally friendly ink.
Produce bold, vibrant violet graphics with Permaprint Premium Aquatone Violet, a premium water-based screen printing ink developed for professional graphic printing applications. Formulated with intense pigments, it provides excellent color strength, smooth ink flow, and outstanding opacity, making it ideal for posters, packaging, signage, decals, art reproductions, and other specialty graphics that require rich, consistent color.
As part of the Permaprint Premium Aquatone Mixing System, Aquatone Violet functions as one of the primary mixing colors while also performing exceptionally well as a standalone ink. Its air-dry formulation provides very good water resistance after drying and prints on sealed paper, cardboard, polyester (Mylar®), polycarbonate, Coroplast®, Tyvek®, Perspex®, polystyrene, and select coated metal substrates. For darker materials, Permaprint Premium Opaque White is recommended as an underbase to maximize color brilliance.
Permaprint Premium does not contain ozone-depleting chemicals such as CFCs or HCHCs. It is also formulated free of aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile solvent and does not contain PVC resin or any phthalate plasticizers.

Product Resistance: After air drying PREMAPRINT Premium prints exhibit very good water resistance
Transparency: Transparent including the blending white. Only Opaque White and the 4 Pearl/Metallic Colors are opaque.

Mesh: 86-305 tpi (Opaque White & Matting Agent 86-225 tpi)
Stencil Type: Must be water resistant, fully dried and fully cured
Clean Up: Water
Increase screen open time: add 1-2% PERMASET Print Retarder
