Expand the versatility of your screen printing inks with Permaprint Premium Aquatone Extender (Print Paste). This clear, pigment-free mixing base is designed to reduce the intensity of Permaprint Premium colors while increasing ink volume, making it ideal for creating lighter shades, custom color formulations, and controlled transparency without sacrificing printability.
As part of the Permaprint Premium Aquatone Mixing System, the Extender blends seamlessly with Aquatone colors to produce smooth, consistent mixes for graphic printing applications. Its air-dry, water-based formula offers excellent handling characteristics, very good water resistance after drying, and performs on a wide variety of substrates including sealed paper, cardboard, polyester (Mylar®), polycarbonate, Coroplast®, Tyvek®, polystyrene, Perspex®, and select coated metals.
For lighter shades, improved transparency, and expanded color mixing capabilities, pair Permatone Extender with Permatone White as part of the complete PERMATONE Color Matching System.

Product Resistance: After air drying PREMAPRINT Premium prints exhibit very good water resistance
Transparency: Transparent including the blending white. Only Opaque White and the 4 Pearl/Metallic Colors are opaque.

Mesh: 86-305 tpi (Opaque White & Matting Agent 86-225 tpi)
Stencil Type: Must be water resistant, fully dried and fully cured
Clean Up: Water
Increase screen open time: add 1-2% PERMASET Print Retarder
