Screen Printing Supply Package #2 expands on Package #1 with additional frames, squeegees, tapes, and production supplies for multi-color screen printing. With four 20" x 24" frames across two mesh counts and four 14" 70 durometer squeegees, Package #2 provides screen printers with additional supplies for preparing and printing multi-color designs.
The package includes four quart-size plastisol screen printing inks: 7014 Legacy White, 717 Ultimate Black, 7606 National Red, and 7608 Bears Navy. A quart of Orange Works Emulsion and a 16" Scoop Coater are also included for coating screens and preparing them for exposure.
For printing and production, Package #2 includes Camie #380 Mist Adhesive and EconoPRO #1232 Screen Opener. The package also includes 50 white and 50 black 15" x 16" pellons for test prints, along with 16 #5 Thermolabels for testing proper ink curing temperatures.
A selection of ICC Chemicals pre-press and cleanup chemicals is included with 926 Spray/Wipe, 931 Ink Degradent, 935 Emulsion Remover, 858 Stain Remover, and 396 Hand Cleaner. Additional supplies include Blue Block Out Tape, Full Adhesive Tape, Split Tape, Quick Rip Tape, Dual Tack Pallet Tape, a Heavy Duty Scrub Brush, two Goop Scoops, a Lid-Off Plastic Pail Lid Opener, and an International Coatings Color Card.
Together, these additional supplies make Screen Printing Supply Package #2 a step up from an entry-level supply assortment, providing more frames, squeegees, testing materials, tapes, and everyday production supplies for screen printers working with multi-color designs.
