Permatone is a 100% solvent-free water-based textile screen printing ink system developed for direct wet-on-wet printing on a wide variety of natural and synthetic fabrics.
Permatone Orange is one of the core colors within the Permatone Color Matching System. It produces vibrant transparent orange prints on light-colored garments and serves as an essential mixing color for creating custom textile inks. Together with the nine Permatone colors, Black, Blending White, and Extender (Print Paste), it allows printers to accurately reproduce over 1,869 custom colors while maintaining exceptional color consistency and repeatability.
Designed for professional textile printing, Permatone Orange delivers Permaset's signature soft hand, brilliant transparent color, and excellent screen stability for long production runs. Once heat cured, prints provide excellent resistance to washing, rubbing, and dry cleaning without additional additives. It is suitable for cotton, cotton blends, polyester, linen, hemp, silk, rayon, and most natural and synthetic fabrics.
Combine Permatone Orange with Permatone Yellow R/S to create brilliant golden oranges, warm highlights, and vibrant custom color formulations.
Eco Credentials: Permatone has been granted certification by the Soil Association of the UK, having successfully met the requirements of the Global Organic Textiles Standards (GOTS) for non-organic chemical inputs for use in organic textile processing; Permatone water-based ink is the only ink outside of the UK to receive such certification.
