Permaset Aqua Supercover Orange R is a premium High Solids Acrylic (HSA) water-based textile screen printing ink engineered to provide exceptional opacity on dark-colored garments while maintaining the soft feel and professional print quality expected from premium water-based inks. Its advanced polymer technology produces bright, opaque orange prints with excellent coverage on cotton, cotton/poly blends, and most synthetic fabrics.
Designed for professional garment decorators, Supercover Orange R offers excellent screen stability for extended production runs and cleans up easily with water. Once properly heat cured, prints exhibit outstanding wash, rub, and dry-clean resistance while maintaining a minimal hand. The ready-to-use formulation requires no additional additives for standard printing applications, making it an excellent choice for producing bold orange graphics on dark apparel.
For longer production runs in warm or dry environments, add Permaset Print Retarder to help extend screen open time and maintain consistent print performance while printing with water-based inks.
