Like all Permaset Supercover Glow colors, Glow Red is a fluorescent ink that creates an intense neon appearance under normal lighting—it does not glow in the dark. The manufacturer also notes that Glow colors have reduced lightfastness when exposed to prolonged direct sunlight, and some fluorescent colors may bleed when overprinted, so testing is recommended before production.
