Permaprint Premium Inks are a 100% solvent free environmentally friendly ink.
Create brilliant metallic graphics with Permaprint Premium Pearl Silver, a professional water-based screen printing ink formulated to deliver rich, opaque silver prints with exceptional metallic brilliance. The high-quality metallic pigments produce a reflective finish that enhances packaging, posters, promotional graphics, decals, signage, art reproductions, and specialty printed products with a striking silver appearance.
Unlike the transparent Aquatone colors, Pearl Silver is an opaque metallic ink designed to provide outstanding coverage and a vibrant metallic finish. Its air-dry formulation develops very good water resistance after drying while printing smoothly on paper, cardboard, wood, polyester (Mylar®), polycarbonate, Coroplast®, glass, Perspex® (PMMA), polystyrene, and select coated metal substrates. The ink is 100% solvent free, low odor, and cleans up easily with water, making it an excellent choice for professional graphic printing environments.
For darker materials, it is advised to use the Permaprint Premium Opaque White as an underbase.
Permaprint Premium does not contain ozone-depleting chemicals such as CFCs or HCHCs. It is also formulated free of aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile solvent and does not contain PVC resin or any phthalate plasticizers.

Product Resistance: After air drying PREMAPRINT Premium prints exhibit very good water resistance
Transparency: Transparent including the blending white. Only Opaque White and the 4 Pearl/Metallic Colors are opaque.

Stencil Type: Must be water resistant, fully dried and fully cured

Increase screen open time: add 1-2% PERMASET Print Retarder
