EconoPRO 101 Emulsion Remover (5 Gallon) is a ready-to-use screen reclaiming solution designed to quickly break down emulsion without harming the screen mesh or frame. Its fast-acting, low-odor formula provides an easy-to-use option for removing emulsion stencils and preparing screens for reuse.
EconoPRO 101 requires no dilution before use. Apply the product to both sides of the mesh and work it into the screen with a brush. Allow the emulsion remover time to loosen the stencil, then use water through a pressure washer to remove the stencil from the screen.
Do not allow EconoPRO 101 to dry on the emulsion during reclaiming, as this can lock the stencil into the screen. Following the recommended application process allows the product to loosen the stencil before pressure washing and removal.
