Franmar D-Haze Gel Haze Remover is formulated for removing stubborn ghost images and haze from screen printing mesh. Its gel consistency clings directly to the affected area, providing greater control and extended contact time where difficult stains need additional attention.
The clinging formula can remain on stubborn ghost and haze images for several hours or even overnight. D-Haze Gel is safe for all types of screen mesh and is designed to provide extended cleaning action without damaging the mesh.
For screen reclaiming, a small amount of D-Haze Gel is applied to the affected area and worked across both sides of the screen with a Biggee Scrub Pad or nylon brush. After the gel has been given time to work, the screen is rinsed thoroughly with pressurized water. The product should not be allowed to contact the adhesive holding the mesh to the frame.
Made with American-grown soybeans, D-Haze Gel provides a targeted option for screen-room cleanup when persistent haze or ghost images remain after reclaiming. The quart size is convenient for treating problem areas without requiring a large quantity of product.
