Franmar D-Grease Screen Degreaser is a fast-drying mesh preparation cleaner designed to remove solvent residues and contaminants from screen printing mesh. Used before recoating a screen with emulsion, D-Grease provides a clean surface for the next stage of screen preparation and helps prevent fish-eyes.
The formula is alcohol-free, non-caustic, and 100% biodegradable and features a pleasant scent. D-Grease is also designed to promote longer screen life, making it a useful part of a regular screen cleaning and reclaiming routine.
Beyond screen mesh preparation, D-Grease works as a multi-surface degreaser around the shop. It can also be used to revive the stickiness of water-based pallet adhesives, giving screen printers another practical use for the cleaner.
The 1-gallon size cleans up to 280 screens, making it a good choice for shops that degrease screens regularly and want a larger supply available in the screen room.
