The Vastex LittleRed X3D 54" Conveyor Dryer is a high-capacity multi-purpose infrared dryer designed for professional shops handling DTG, plastisol, water-based, discharge inks, and DTF adhesives. With a 54 in. (137 cm) conveyor belt and three 48 in. (122 cm) infrared heaters (17,800W total at 240V), the X3D-54 delivers fast, consistent curing at production-scale speeds.
Its pre-heating zone quickly brings inks past 300°F within the first few inches of conveyor travel, maximizing dwell time for complete curing. The system’s digital PID temperature controller (accurate to +/-1°F) and powered exhaust system ensure precision and operator safety by removing fumes and cooling the cabinet exterior.
Capable of curing 720+ plastisol garments per hour, 370+ water-based or discharge prints per hour, and 123+ DTG prints/hr with digital white ink, the X3D-54 is ideal for medium-to-large screen printing and hybrid DTG operations.

What is the Infrared Focusing System?
Infrared emitters have an optimal distance at
which they operate most efficiently. If the emitter is too far away
energy is wasted and lost in the distance. If the emitter
is too close the substrate may come in contact with the emitter
surface. Adjusting the heater height is an absolute necessity if the
products that you print vary in height. We want to maintain an
approximate distance of 2 1/2" from heater surface to ink.
