The Vastex LittleRed X2 54" Conveyor Dryer is the high-capacity model in the X2 series, designed for growing shops and mid-volume production runs. With a 54 in. (137 cm) wide conveyor belt and two 48 in. (122 cm) wide 240V/5,200 watt heaters (total 10,400 watts), the X2-54 can cure up to 520 plastisol-printed images per hour, or 180 water-based/discharge prints per hour, along with DTF adhesives.
Built with efficiency and consistency in mind, the X2-54 uses closely spaced infrared coils to deliver uniform heat, while the digital PID temperature controller provides precision within +/-1°F. The powered exhaust system removes fumes and moisture while keeping the outer cabinet cool to the touch.
For smooth, reliable operation, the LittleRed X2 includes the X-Series Conveyor Belt Tracking System, a Teflon-coated fiberglass belt, and adjustable belt-to-heater clearance (2–7 inches). Its modular design allows for easy expansion with additional heating chambers or belt extensions, giving your shop the flexibility to increase production as demand grows.

What is the Infrared Focusing System?
Infrared emitters have an optimal distance at
which they operate most efficiently. If the emitter is too far away
energy is wasted and lost in the distance. If the emitter
is too close the substrate may come in contact with the emitter
surface. Adjusting the heater height is an absolute necessity if the
products that you print vary in height. We want to maintain an
approximate distance of 2 1/2" from heater surface to ink.
