The Vastex LittleRed X3D 30" Conveyor Dryer is a versatile, high-performance solution for shops running DTG, plastisol, water-based, discharge inks, or DTF adhesives. Built for speed and consistency, this dryer uses three 24" infrared heaters (8,900W total at 240V) and a 30 in. (76 cm) wide belt to deliver professional curing results at higher rates than conventional designs.
The X3D-30’s high-powered pre-heating zone rockets ink temperatures past 300°F within the first few inches of travel, maximizing dwell time for efficient curing. This allows faster conveyor speeds, higher throughput, and reliable results across a wide range of ink systems.
With the ability to cure 360+ plastisol-printed garments per hour, 185+ water-based/discharge garments per hour, and 51+ DTG garments/hr with digital white ink (at 3 minutes dwell time), the X3D-30 is a powerful yet compact dryer for growing shops.

What is the Infrared Focusing System?
Infrared emitters have an optimal distance at
which they operate most efficiently. If the emitter is too far away
energy is wasted and lost in the distance. If the emitter
is too close the substrate may come in contact with the emitter
surface. Adjusting the heater height is an absolute necessity if the
products that you print vary in height. We want to maintain an
approximate distance of 2 1/2" from heater surface to ink.
