Its forgiving exposure latitude helps reproduce fine lines, halftones, and detailed graphics with remarkable consistency, while lightning-fast washout and easy reclaimability help reduce screen preparation and cleanup time, improving overall production efficiency.
For optimal results, thoroughly degrease screens before coating and mix the emulsion with the supplied diazo sensitizer using distilled water, allowing the emulsion to stand for at least two hours before use. Apply the emulsion evenly using a quality Scoop Coater and dry coated screens completely in a clean, dark environment before exposure. Determine the correct exposure using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your mesh count, coating thickness, and exposure unit. After printing, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover to efficiently remove the stencil and prepare screens for future production. Store sensitized emulsion at 60–80°F, protect it from freezing, and use within approximately 4–6 weeks, or refrigerate to extend shelf life.
