Chromaline UDC-2 Dyed Emulsion Gallon is a dual cure screen printing emulsion designed to provide a strong combination of performance and value for a wide range of screen-making applications. UDC-2 offers superior exposure speed and wide exposure latitude along with moderate water resistance, giving screen printers dependable stencil performance across a variety of production environments.

UDC-2 produces excellent definition and line edge for detailed screen printing work. Its blue color provides excellent contrast while still allowing easy registration, helping printers clearly see the stencil during screen setup. The formulation also provides high stencil build above the mesh with low Rz values, supporting strong stencil definition and print quality.

With 36% solids when sensitized and a 3,500 CPS sensitized viscosity, UDC-2 combines controlled coating characteristics with fast exposure and durable stencil performance. The emulsion is designed for use with plastisol inks, solvent-based inks, and UV inks. UDC-2 also provides moderate water resistance for added stencil durability during printing.

The combination of fast exposure, wide exposure latitude, excellent definition, durable stencil performance, and easy registration makes UDC-2 a versatile choice for screen printers looking for a dependable dual cure emulsion. Its balance of stencil build, low Rz values, and image quality supports both everyday screen making and detailed printing applications.

The gallon size provides a larger quantity of UDC-2 for shops with regular screen-making and production needs. Explore our selection of dual cure emulsions or browse additional screen printing emulsions.
