Screen Printing Supply Package #3 provides an expanded collection of screen printing supplies for multi-color printing, with additional frames, squeegees, inks, adhesives, chemicals, and production supplies all included in one package. With six 20" x 24" aluminum frames across 110, 160, and 180 mesh counts and six 14" squeegees in 60 and 70 durometer options, Package #3 gives printers a versatile selection of tools for working with different screen printing applications.
The package includes five quart-size plastisol screen printing inks: 7014 Legacy White, 717 Ultimate Black, 7606 National Red, 7608 Bears Navy, and 7607 HP Low Bleed Golden Yellow. A quart of Orange Works Emulsion is also included for screen preparation, along with a 16" Scoop Coater for applying emulsion. The included 10-Step Exposure Guide helps determine proper screen exposure times, while the International Coatings 7600 Color Card provides a useful color reference.
For production, Package #3 includes four cans of Camie 380 Mist Spray Adhesive, two cans of EconoPRO #1232 Screen Opener, and two cans of EconoPRO #842 Flash Cure Adhesive. The additional flash adhesive is especially useful when working with a flash cure unit during multi-color printing. A selection of pre-press and cleanup chemicals is also included: 926 Spray/Wipe, 931 Ink Degradent, 935 Emulsion Remover, 858 Stain Remover, and 396 Hand Cleaner.
Additional screen printing supplies help round out the package for everyday shop use. Package #3 includes Full Adhesive Tape, Split Tape, Quick Rip Tape, Blue Blockout Tape, Dual Tack Pallet Tape, a Heavy Duty Scrub Brush, #5 Thermolabels, white and black pellons, Goop Scoops, a 6" Spatula, and a Lid-Off Plastic Pail Lid Opener. Together, these supplies support multiple stages of the screen printing process, from preparing and exposing screens to printing, cleanup, and reclaiming.
