Atlas Dual High Tack Pallet Tape 15" x 36 Yards is a double-sided screen printing pallet tape designed to hold garments in place without the need to apply water-based or spray adhesive. It can be used on both screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) pallets.
Suitable for a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends, this premium high-tack pallet tape lays flat more easily than the low-tack version. Adhesive on both sides keeps the tape secured to the pallet while providing a tacky surface for holding the garment during printing.
The adhesive can be reactivated by wiping it with a wet, non-abrasive sponge, helping extend its usable life. The screen printing tape is also heat resistant and designed to leave no adhesive residue behind.
For best performance, trim the tape so it does not overhang the pallet and trim the corners to make loading garments easier. Periodically wiping the surface with water and a non-abrasive sponge will help maintain the adhesive.
