Franmar D-Haze Gel Haze Remover is designed to remove stubborn ghost and haze images from screen printing mesh during reclaiming. Its gel consistency clings to the affected area, keeping the remover where it is needed and providing greater control during screen cleaning.
The gel formula can remain on difficult ghost and haze images for extended periods of time, including overnight when additional contact time is needed. D-Haze Gel is safe for all types of screen mesh, making it useful for reclaiming screens with persistent staining or ghosting.
Made with American-grown soybeans, D-Haze Gel provides targeted cleaning action without the product quickly running away from the affected area. One gallon dehazes up to 180 screens, providing a larger supply for shops that regularly reclaim and maintain screens.
D-Haze Gel can be worked into both sides of the affected screen with a Biggee Scrub Pad or nylon brush and then rinsed thoroughly with pressurized water. Keep the gel away from the adhesive holding the mesh to the frame during extended contact periods.
Use D-Haze Gel alongside other haze removers and screen printing chemicals for regular screen reclaiming and maintenance.
