Franmar D-HAZE Haze Remover is an effective screen reclaiming chemical designed to remove stubborn ghost images, haze, and ink stains from screen printing mesh. Unlike traditional caustic haze removers, D•HAZE will not damage the screen mesh, even when additional contact time is needed for difficult stains. Better haze removal helps extend screen life and reduces the cost of replacing screens prematurely.
Made with American-grown soybeans, D-HAZE provides strong cleaning performance while offering a non-caustic alternative for reclaiming all common mesh types. One gallon can dehaze up to 320 screens, making it an economical choice for both small shops and higher-volume screen rooms.
For best results, apply D-HAZE immediately after removing the emulsion or stencil so the ghost image does not become more deeply set. Spray or pour a small amount onto the affected area, scrub both sides with a dedicated scrub pad or nylon brush, and rinse thoroughly with pressurized water.
Keep D-HAZE away from the adhesive along the frame edges because it can loosen the glue holding the mesh to the frame. Follow with a screen degreaser to remove any remaining residue before recoating.
