Franmar D-Haze Haze Remover is designed to remove stubborn ghost images, haze, and ink stains that remain on screen printing mesh during the reclaiming process. It helps restore used screens so the mesh can continue to be prepared and reused for future printing jobs.
D-Haze is safe for all types of screen mesh and is formulated so additional contact time can be used when difficult stains require it without damaging the mesh. Effective haze removal can also help promote longer screen life, allowing shops to get more use from their screen printing screens.
Made with American-grown soybeans, D-Haze is especially useful after screen printing ink and emulsion have been removed, targeting the remaining stains and ghost images that can be left behind during reclaiming.
The 5-gallon size provides a bulk supply for screen printing shops that regularly reclaim and dehaze screens. Franmar states that one gallon can dehaze up to 320 screens, making the larger container well suited for shops with frequent screen-cleaning needs.
