Atlas Dual High Tack Pallet Tape is a double-sided adhesive pallet tape designed for screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) pallets. Suitable for a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends, it holds garments in place without the need to apply water-based or spray adhesive to the pallet.
The premium high-tack tape lays flat more easily than the non-premium low-tack version. With adhesive on both sides, it adheres to the pallet while providing a tacky surface to keep the garment in place during printing.
As the adhesive loses tack through use, it can be reactivated by wiping the surface with a wet sponge. The screen printing tape is also heat resistant and removes without leaving adhesive residue.
For best performance, trim the edges so the tape does not overhang the pallet and trim the corners to make loading garments easier. To help extend the life of the adhesive, periodically wipe the surface with water and a non-abrasive sponge.
