Rhinotech DG2200 Mesh Degreaser is a biodegradable, non-abrasive screen preparation cleaner designed to remove contaminants and properly prepare mesh before applying emulsion or capillary film. Acting as a wetting agent, DG2200 promotes an even sheet of water across the mesh to help improve uniform stencil adhesion and reduce coating inconsistencies.
Suitable for both synthetic and wire screen printing mesh, DG2200 helps improve the bonding of direct photo emulsions and the lamination of capillary film. Regular degreasing before stencil preparation helps create a clean, consistent surface so emulsion can properly adhere to the mesh.
DG2200 can be used full strength or diluted up to 1:4 with water, providing flexibility for routine screen room use. For best results, thoroughly wet the screen, apply the degreaser evenly, scrub both sides of the mesh with a soft nylon bristle brush, and rinse completely with clean water.

- Wet the screen thoroughly.
- Apply DG2200 evenly from top to bottom.
- Scrub both sides of the mesh with a soft nylon bristle brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the screen to dry completely before coating with emulsion or applying capillary film.
