Chromaline DC 521 Dual Cure Emulsion is a high-performance dual cure screen printing emulsion formulated for shops that require one emulsion capable of handling a wide variety of printing applications. Compatible with plastisol, water-based, solvent, UV-curable inks, and pressure-sensitive adhesives, DC 521 provides the flexibility needed for both textile and graphic printing while delivering consistent stencil performance. Its blue color offers excellent image visibility during stencil inspection, making registration and quality control easier throughout production.

With approximately 34% sensitized solids, DC 521 produces durable stencils featuring excellent mesh bridging, sharp image definition, and accurate reproduction of fine lines and halftones. The emulsion's broad exposure latitude allows it to perform reliably with a variety of exposure systems, while its smooth coating characteristics help minimize pinholes and produce clean, consistent stencil surfaces. Excellent reclaimability also helps reduce cleanup time and prepares screens quickly for their next production run.

For optimal results, thoroughly degrease screens before coating and apply the emulsion evenly using a quality Scoop Coater. Dry coated screens completely in a clean, dark drying environment prior to exposure. Determine the correct exposure using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your mesh count, stencil thickness, and exposure unit. Once printing is complete, reclaim screens with a quality Emulsion Remover to efficiently remove the stencil and extend screen life.

Whether you're producing apparel, decals, industrial graphics, signs, promotional products, or specialty printed materials, Chromaline DC 521 Dual Cure Emulsion provides the versatility, durability, and dependable performance professional screen printers rely on for consistent results.
