Blue Works™ Pure Photopolymer Emulsion is a ready-to-use pure photopolymer screen printing emulsion formulated for use with plastisol screen printing inks. It features 47% high solids, fast exposure, fast drying, superior mesh bridging, very easy reclaimability, and is ideal for screen printing shops with humid environments. Blue Works™ requires no mixing before use and has a blue appearance.

The 47% high solids formulation helps produce more screens per gallon, resulting in a lower cost per screen. Blue Works™ also offers a 24-month shelf life, making it an excellent option for shops looking for a ready-to-use photopolymer emulsion with a long storage life.

Before coating, clean and degrease the screen mesh to ensure proper adhesion. Apply the emulsion evenly using a quality Scoop Coater, then allow coated screens to dry completely in a clean, dark environment before exposure. Exposure times should be established using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your mesh count, coating thickness, and exposure unit.

Once printing is complete, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover following the manufacturer's recommendations.

Need a larger size? Blue Works™ Pure Photopolymer Emulsion Gallon offers the same dependable performance for higher-volume screen printing operations.

Pros:
Cons:
I'm on my 4th (or so) container of this stuff. I use Blacklight LED strips in a homemade exposure unit. Solid results, holds up well, detailed stencil, etc. Reclaims easy as well. 110,156, 230 mesh screens all usually expose perfectly at 13-15 seconds. BOOYAA.

Pros:
  • Fast exposing
  • Strong stencil
Cons:
Super forgiving emulsion. Best I’ve ever used out of about 5 different kinds. Stencil exposes under a black light in 62 seconds.
