The BBC Forced Air Conveyor Dryer with a 36" belt is built for screen printing and garment decoration shops that need high production capacity across multiple ink and printing processes. Dual digitally controlled infrared heat zones work with powerful forced air to provide efficient moisture removal, even heat distribution, and dependable curing for plastisol, water-based, discharge, direct-to-garment, and pretreatment applications.
Warm, dry air rises from the dryer floor and passes through openings in the infrared heating elements, helping evaporate moisture while maintaining consistent heat across the garment. A process mode switch adjusts the heat profile for different printing applications, while digital temperature and dwell-time displays give operators better control over the curing process.
The 36" conveyor belt, 1–15 FPM adjustable belt speed, and 10-foot overall length provide the capacity needed for higher-volume production. Estimated output reaches up to 1,150 plastisol prints, 640 water-based prints, or 225 direct-to-garment prints per hour, depending on the garment, print dimensions, ink deposit, cure requirements, and other production variables.
