The Vastex RedFlash Flash Cure Unit 18" x 18" combines a high-wattage, high-density infrared heater with digital heat control for consistent flash curing. Its digital percentage control allows for repeatable adjustments from 0–100%, while diagnostic pilot lights make the controls easy to monitor during production.
A built-in cooling fan and air curtains allow the flash unit to be positioned closer to the work, increasing efficiency and productivity. The RedFlash also features an ultra-slim 2.75" head, head leveler, heavy-duty side handles, and locking casters.
Designed for fast screen printing production, the RedFlash can flash plastisol ink in as little as 4 seconds. The standard RD-18-240 configuration features an 18" x 18" heater with 2,600 watts at 240V, while Vastex also offers a 3,500-watt high-output 18" x 18" configuration.
