The Vastex PTF-100 Powder-To-Film System is a compact, enclosed DTF powder applicator designed to make adhesive powder application cleaner, safer, and more repeatable. Instead of coating wet DTF films in an open container, the PTF-100 applies powder inside a sealed cabinet to help reduce airborne dust, spills, and wasted powder.
A filled cartridge releases adhesive powder over the printed film for uniform coverage. The adjustable timed vibration cycle then removes excess powder from the film and collects it in a second interchangeable cartridge. The cartridges can be switched quickly for clean refilling and continued production, helping reduce waste and operator handling.
Designed for sheet-fed DTF production, the PTF-100 accommodates film up to 16.5" x 22", depending on configuration. Its compact 24" x 24" footprint fits shops with limited space and can also be mounted on an optional mobile stand for transport or organized production.
The PTF-100 pairs well with a Vastex D-100 or D-1000 conveyor dryer equipped with a powered exhaust hood, creating a compact powder-application and curing workflow for DTF transfers.

Application Note
The PTF-100 applies adhesive powder and removes excess powder from printed DTF film. A compatible curing system is still required to melt or gel the powder before the transfer is applied with a heat press.
