The Vastex LittleRed X2 30" Conveyor Dryer is a mid-level dual-heater infrared conveyor dryer designed for entry-level to growing shops that need reliable, repeatable results at higher production rates. With a 30 in. (76 cm) wide belt and two 24 in. (61 cm) wide 240V/2,600 watt heaters (total 5,200 watts), the X2-30 can cure up to 260 plastisol-printed images per hour, along with water-based, discharge inks, and DTF adhesives.
Engineered for efficiency and accuracy, the LittleRed X2 includes closely spaced infrared coils for consistent edge-to-edge heat, a digital PID temperature controller accurate to +/-1°F, and a powered exhaust system that cools the outer cabinet while removing moisture and fumes.
The unit’s “X-Series” Conveyor Belt Tracking System ensures smooth operation, while the low-friction Teflon-coated fiberglass belt provides reliable garment handling. With adjustable belt-to-heater clearance (2–7 inches), optional belt extensions, and the ability to add extra heating chambers, the X2 grows as your shop grows.

What is the Infrared Focusing System?
Infrared emitters have an optimal distance at
which they operate most efficiently. If the emitter is too far away
energy is wasted and lost in the distance. If the emitter
is too close the substrate may come in contact with the emitter
surface. Adjusting the heater height is an absolute necessity if the
products that you print vary in height. We want to maintain an
approximate distance of 2 1/2" from heater surface to ink.
