The Vastex C-1000 Semi-Automatic Screen Coater Rack is designed to help screen printers achieve smoother, more repeatable emulsion coating than manual methods alone. Using foot pedal operation, the screen descends at a steady, adjustable rate so the operator can hold the scoop coater with both hands for better control and more consistent results. This helps reduce coating variation, improve stencil consistency, and speed up screen preparation.
Built for practical, repeatable operation, the Vastex C-1000 accommodates screens as small as 10" and up to 36" in height with virtually no width limitation. It holds screen lengths of 23", 28", 31", and 36", and a spring-loaded clamp securely holds wood, aluminum, and retensionable frames up to 11 lb. Quick height adjustment and tool-free screen length adjustment make setup fast and easy, while the powerful motor provides smooth motion for handling heavier screens. A digital speed control system allows operators to set and repeat coating speed for consistent results from screen to screen.
The standard unit includes a scoop coater shelf, wall-mount hardware, and foot pedal operation. It is available in 120V or 240V models, with optional upgrades including an adjustable clamp for screens up to 41" and non-standard sizes, as well as an optional floor stand.
