The Vastex AirFlash 18" x 24" Flash Cure Unit combines infrared heat and forced air in a versatile flash curing system for screen printing. A 140 CFM blower draws air through an oversized filtered intake, sends it through an air diverter, and distributes it evenly across the heater face. Both heat and airflow are adjustable.
Digital percentage control allows for repeatable adjustments from 0–100%, while the unit can operate with air only, full heat and air, or with modulated air velocity and heat. An adjustable heat shield helps maintain heater surface consistency, and the large filtered air intake delivers clean air to the heater.
Built for adjustability, the AirFlash allows control of heat, air speed, heat shield, height, and level. Its air-cooled outer skin, heavy-duty side handles, and locking casters round out a design made for use in a screen printing shop.
The 18" x 24" AirFlash features a 4,300-watt, 240V heater, making it a powerful addition to your screen printing equipment setup.
