The Vastex AirFlash HO Flash Cure Unit 18" x 18" combines infrared heat with adjustable forced air for a versatile screen printing flash curing system. A 140 CFM blower draws air through an oversized filtered intake, directs it through an air diverter, and distributes it evenly across the entire heater face. Both heat and airflow are adjustable.
Digital percentage control provides repeatable adjustments from 0–100%. The AirFlash can operate with air only, full heat and air, or with modulated air velocity and heat. An adjustable heat shield helps maintain heater surface consistency, while the filtered air intake delivers clean air to the heater.
The AirFlash also provides adjustment for heat, air speed, heat shield, height, and level and features an air-cooled outer skin and heavy-duty side handles. Its 18" x 18" heater delivers 3,500 watts at 240V.
