Chromaline CP Tex Diazo Emulsion is a premium diazo-sensitized screen printing emulsion developed for textile printers who need one dependable emulsion for multiple ink systems. Compatible with plastisol inks, water-based inks, and discharge inks, CP Tex combines fast exposure with an exceptionally wide exposure latitude, making it easier to achieve consistent, high-quality stencils across a variety of shop conditions. Its light violet color provides excellent stencil visibility for inspection and registration while maintaining outstanding image resolution.
With approximately 42% sensitized solids, CP Tex produces durable stencils with excellent mesh bridging, high definition, and outstanding resistance to water-based and discharge inks. Its high solids formulation creates strong stencils while requiring fewer coats to achieve proper emulsion-over-mesh (EOM), helping improve efficiency and lower emulsion consumption. Despite its exceptional durability, CP Tex reclaims easily with a high-pressure washer, reducing downtime between production runs.
For best results, thoroughly degrease screens before coating and apply the emulsion evenly using a quality Scoop Coater. Dry coated screens completely in a clean, dark drying cabinet before exposure. Determine the proper exposure using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your mesh count, coating thickness, and exposure unit. After printing, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover to efficiently remove the stencil and prepare screens for reuse.
Whether you're printing water-based apparel, discharge garments, plastisol graphics, or other textile applications, Chromaline CP Tex Diazo Emulsion delivers the durability, water resistance, and reliable stencil performance professional screen printers trust every day.
