RhinoTech ER8550L Emulsion Remover (Gallon) is a highly efficient, ready-to-use screen reclaiming solution designed for quick and convenient removal of emulsions and capillary films from screen printing screens. Its liquid formula provides screen printers with a straightforward solution for breaking down stencil material and preparing screens for reuse.
ER8550L can be used straight or mixed 1:4 with water, providing flexibility when preparing reclaiming solution. The formula also offers excellent freeze/thaw characteristics and is ideal for use in different climates. Its active ingredients are designed to remain evenly distributed without separating during storage and use.
For screen reclaiming, apply ER8550L to both sides of the stencil and work the solution into the screen with a brush until the emulsion dissolves. Once the stencil has broken down, rinse the screen thoroughly using a high-pressure cleaner.
The gallon size provides a convenient quantity of ER8550L for screen printing shops that regularly reclaim screens. Its ability to remove both emulsions and capillary films, combined with its ready-to-use formula and optional 1:4 dilution, makes it a practical addition to the screen reclaiming process.
