Franmar UN-Lok Screen Unlocker Quart is a specialized screen reclaiming solution formulated to remove locked emulsion from screen printing mesh. It works on all types of locked emulsion, including capillary film, providing an effective option for screens where the stencil has become difficult to remove.
The gel formula is designed to stay wet for up to 24 hours, giving screen printers additional flexibility when dealing with stubborn or heavily locked areas. UN-Lok typically works within 30 minutes or less, although heavily locked emulsion may require additional time. The product can also be left on screens overnight when needed.
UN-Lok provides a targeted solution for difficult stencil-removal situations, helping reclaim screens affected by locked emulsion and capillary film. The quart size provides a convenient quantity to keep in the screen room for problem screens that require more than a standard emulsion-removal process.
