Peel & Stick Soft Top Rubber is a GAME CHANGER!
Peel & Stick Soft Top Rubber provides an easier way to replace the printing surface on automatic screen printing pallets without using contact adhesive. Soft top rubber is a widely used printing surface for automatic screen printing machines, but over time the material needs to be replaced.
This replacement rubber features pre-applied peel-and-stick tape, eliminating the need to apply contact adhesive during installation. Simply remove the backing liner from the tape and laminate the rubber directly to the pallet. With no separate glue required, installation means no prep time, no cleanup, no fumes, no hazardous materials, and no paint rollers.
Each piece measures 17" x 24" and is pre-cut for 16" x 22" pallets. The rubber is 1/8" thick and is the same rubber used on our pallets.
Compared with the previous contact-adhesive installation method, Peel & Stick Soft Top Rubber provides an 80% time savings and eliminates the contact adhesive from the replacement process. The result is a faster and easier way to replace worn soft top rubber on screen printing pallets.
