Transfer Recommendations:
Transfer at 285°F-300°F for 5-10 seconds
20#-40# Medium to High pressure.
Instant Peel 1-3 seconds. It is recommended to Repress for 5-15 seconds using the same temp.
Printing Guidelines:
Print image to matte side (outside)
Apply hot peel adhesive powder evenly, remove excess powder before curing.
The below data is based on a 4-head DTF 60cm machine with 6 pass print speed. The speeds of other models should be adjusted according to their print speed.
- Print Bed Temp: aligns with DTF shaker settings. 70°-90°C
- Powder application speed: Normal for hot peel; for instant peel, increase shake speed to 6-8.
- Powder Curing Temp: 135°-140°C for 60 seconds
- Film Storage and use - humidity is the main concern, store if possible at 60% RH at a consistent room temp is best.
