ChromaLime® Pure Photopolymer Emulsion is a lime green ready-to-use pure photopolymer screen printing emulsion formulated for use with plastisol inks and UV inks. Optimized for UV LED and traditional UV exposure systems, it features very fast exposure, improved resolution and definition, optimal translucency for easy registration, and excellent reclaimability. ChromaLime® is designed to eliminate or greatly reduce sticking to inkjet films, remains non-tacky in high humidity conditions, and helps provide faster press setups through easier registration.

ChromaLime® has a lime green appearance, 9000 CPS viscosity, and 40% solids (no inert fillers). It offers a 24-month shelf life when stored at room temperature in its original container. Store below 80°F (27°C), above 32°F (0°C), and protect from freezing, as the emulsion is not freeze/thaw stable.

Before coating, clean and degrease the screen mesh to ensure proper adhesion. Apply the emulsion evenly using a quality Scoop Coater, then allow coated screens to dry completely in a clean, dark environment before exposure. Exposure times should be established using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your mesh count, coating thickness, and exposure unit.

Once printing is complete, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover following the manufacturer's recommendations.

Need a larger size? ChromaLime® Pure Photopolymer Emulsion Gallon offers the same dependable performance in a convenient quart size for smaller production runs.
