Chromaline ChromaBlue Emulsion is a premium ready-to-use pure photopolymer screen printing emulsion engineered for textile printers seeking faster screen turnaround without sacrificing stencil quality. Designed specifically for plastisol inks and silicone inks, ChromaBlue requires no diazo mixing and delivers exceptionally fast exposure and drying times to help improve productivity in demanding screen printing environments. Its blue color provides excellent stencil visibility for inspection while producing consistently sharp, high-quality images.
With 50% solids and no inert fillers, ChromaBlue creates durable stencils featuring superior mesh bridging, crisp image definition, and excellent reproduction of fine lines and halftones. Its high solids formulation produces more screens per container while reducing emulsion consumption, helping lower the overall cost per screen. ChromaBlue is also LED exposure system compatible and recommended for CTS (Computer-to-Screen) systems, making it an outstanding choice for modern screen printing operations. Excellent reclaimability allows screens to be cleaned quickly after production, reducing downtime and increasing overall workflow efficiency.
For best results, thoroughly degrease screens before coating and apply the emulsion evenly using a quality Scoop Coater. Dry coated screens completely in a clean, dark drying cabinet before exposure. Determine the proper exposure using a 10-Step Exposure Guide or Exposure Calculator based on your mesh count, coating thickness, and exposure unit. After printing, reclaim screens using a quality Emulsion Remover to efficiently remove the stencil and prepare screens for future production. Store ChromaBlue at room temperature, protect it from freezing, and avoid temperatures above 80°F (27°C).
Whether you're producing athletic apparel, retail garments, promotional products, or other textile applications using plastisol inks or silicone inks, Chromaline ChromaBlue Emulsion delivers the speed, durability, and dependable stencil performance professional screen printers have trusted for decades.
