Triangle Ink 900-210 TMS Yellow is part of the Triangle Ink 900 Triangle Matching System (TMS), a premium line of Plastisol Screen Printing Inks developed to accurately reproduce popular Pantone® colors through a simple, intermixable color matching system. The 900-2 Series consists of ready-to-use opaque inks that can be printed directly onto garments or mixed together to create thousands of custom colors for professional textile printing applications.

Designed for professional screen printers, the Triangle Matching System is ideal for producing consistent, repeatable color matches on 100% cotton and cotton/polyester blend garments. Triangle Ink 900-210 TMS Yellow serves as one of the primary mixing colors within the TMS system while also delivering vibrant yellow prints for spot color applications. Its smooth printability, dependable opacity, and accurate color reproduction make it an outstanding choice for promotional apparel, retail garments, athletic apparel, company uniforms, spirit wear, and custom T-shirt printing.

For best production results, Triangle Ink recommends using the ink directly from the container without modification. Stir thoroughly before printing and avoid adding reducers or unnecessary additives, which may reduce opacity, bleed resistance, or affect curing performance. An 85–200 monofilament mesh is recommended with direct or indirect emulsion or capillary film in the 35–70 micron range, using a 60–70 durometer sharp-edge squeegee. Cure between 315°F and 330°F, depending on ink deposit, ink color, and dryer efficiency, and always verify cure with wash testing throughout production. Store ink between 65°F and 90°F and keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.

Whether you're matching a specific Pantone® color, creating custom formulations, or printing vibrant spot colors, Triangle Ink 900-210 TMS Yellow delivers the color accuracy, printability, and production reliability professional screen printers depend on every day.
