Rhinotech SW145C Screen Wash in the 5-gallon size provides screen printing shops with a larger supply of cleaning solution for regular post-production screen cleanup. This citrus-scented, water-soluble formula works quickly on plastisol inks and UV inks and is designed for efficient screen washing after a production run.
SW145C can be used to remove remaining ink from screens once printing is complete. For post-production cleaning, remove excess ink, apply SW145C to both sides of the screen with a brush, then wipe clean with a towel or rinse with water. It can also be applied to the squeegee side of the screen and wiped clean when removing ink from the screen image.
The formula is biodegradable and non-toxic and has a higher flash point than lacquer thinner, alcohols, and ketones. Its 5-gallon size is a practical choice for production environments that use screen wash regularly and want to keep a larger quantity available for routine cleaning.
