When it comes to hard to print nylon, the 900 series inks are recognized as the industry's best. 900 series inks are a fast flashing, two-part ink system specifically formulated for printing on nylon. It can also be used to print on Non-Woven Polypropylene Bags (NPB) without catalyst (add 6% 3804 Low Cure Additive to lower the cure temperature to 250°F. These inks are as easy to use as conventional plastisols and extremely durable.
The 900 All Pro™ Series is part of the FlexCure™ Line and cures between 275°F to 325°F.
CATALYST SOLD SEPARATELY (2 oz. for Quarts, 8 oz. for Gallons)
Nylon (with Catalyst), 100% Cotton (without Catalyst), Some 50/50 Cotton/Poly Blends & Non-woven Polypropylene Bags (NPB).
900 Series Nylon Ink must be mixed with the 900 Catalyst before printing, for adhesion to Nylon substrates. For NPB, catalyst is not necessary.
If modification is necessary, use 1% to 5% by weight of 1110 Curable Reducer. For non-woven polypropylene bags (NPB), 3804 Low Cure Additive can be added up to 6% by weight to lower cure temperature to 250°F.
