How It Works
1) Order New Frames
- Order Online from the Frame Trade-In product page. Add the (new) frames you want to purchase (any size or mesh count) to your cart. After you check out, our customer service team will put your order on hold until we receive your old frames (All items on order will be held until frames are received back).
- or Call (800) 621-4173 to place your order. Let our customer service team know the number of frames you plan to trade-in and place the order for your new frames, any size or mesh count. Our customer service team will create and hold your new frame order until we receive your old frames(All items on order will be held until frames are received back).
2.) Prepare Frames for Shipping
Screens must be returned clean (free of ink) with mesh removed from screen (cut mesh from screen).
To ensure prompt service please put your company name and order number on the box.

4) Receive Your New Frames — Shipped to Your Door or Pick-Up Available
Once we receive your old frames, we will ship out your new frames the same day. These frames are not re-meshed, they are brand new aluminum frames.

? Frames must be static aluminum frames (wood and roller frames are not accepted at this time)
? Frames must be clean (free of ink with the mesh removed)

Can I trade-in a different size frame than the size of the frame I want to purchase?
Absolutely! The size of your trade-in frame does not need to match the size of the frame you want to purchase at a discounted price. This is a popular option for manual shops who purchase an automatic press or upgrade to an automatic press that allows for larger screen sizes. For example, you can trade-in an old 20" x 24" aluminum frame for a brand new 23"x 31" frame.
Can I trade-in a different mesh count than the new frame I want to purchase?
Yes! The mesh count of your trade-in frame does not need to match the mesh count of the frame you want to purchase at a discounted price. You can trade-in any mesh count in exchange for any mesh count.
Are the discounted frames that I receive from the Trade-In Program re-meshed frames from other printers?
Nope. The frames you receive from the Frame Trade-In Program are all brand new, high quality frames. Guaranteed.
Why do you offer the Frame Trade-In Program instead of re-meshing screens?
1. Time is money. We want our customers to skip the wait on having their re-meshed screens returned.
2. Quality. One of the problems that can occur with re-meshed frames is that they never hold up to the same wear and tear in the shop as brand new frames. Tension will be lost much sooner with re-meshed frames than it will with new frames and the mesh may also pop-off from the aluminum frame. This is why we offer a huge discount on frames with the Frame Trade-In Program.
I didn't buy the frames from Atlas that I intend on trading in. Can I still send the frames in and receive the discounted price on a new frame?
Yes! You can send in any static aluminum frame, as long as they are cleared of ink and mesh and are any of the following dimensions: 20" x 24", 21" x 28" or 23" x 31".
Can I trade-in wood frames?
No, not at this time. We are only accepting static aluminum frames.
Can I trade-in roller frames?
No, not at this time. We are only accepting static aluminum frames.
